What is something you wish you could tell your 20-year-old self?

There is no going back. My biggest failures always came from staying in the past. I would wish for things to be different. I often dwelled on life before any of my mistakes or bad decisions. I became so engulfed in the what ifs that I continued to self destruct. I did not complete tasks, failed in maintaining relationships, and found myself digging a deeper grave. I did not always have an easy childhood, and it took many missteps before I finally found my footing.

I do not wish I could go back. I made peace with who I used to be and took the lessons learned and have applied them to my present. The best thing you can do is to look forward while also living in the present. Do not dwell on the past or the “What ifs”

Learn from where you came from and then never look back again. There is nothing back there for you. There is however, Life in front of you. Don’t Look back.
