Discipline starts as motivation. Motivation ends. This is where you are made or broken. If you can push past the days where you feel tired, weak, or discouraged, You will build a disciplined workout routine.
Working out is insanely difficult at first. You get sore easily. You hate how it feels. You feel like giving up. Do not stop there. Once you pass the initial 30 days, it becomes easier. If you push past the beginning stages, you start feeling better emotionally and physically. Your body begins to adapt to the strain you are placing on it.
Once you find a routine that works for you, stick with it. Routine is boring, but the consistency pays off. During the boring routine, your discipline is being formed. When motivation ends, discipline takes over. That discipline will keep you going when you just dont feel like it. Dont give up.
